Early in my own healing journey — and later through working with thousands of clients — I discovered that something far deeper than any single modality of therapy was required for full healing to occur and for lasting transformation to take root. True healing needed to address the whole being, not just one layer of it. While I am highly skilled in each modality I offer, I serve you as far more than a Massage Therapist, Energy Healer, Trauma Healing Guide, or Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher. My work is the integration of all of these, woven together through decades of study, practice, and lived experience.
